SEDAT CÖMERT for the purposes of conducting my examination, preventive healthcare, medical diagnosis, treatment, care and follow-up; improving the medical treatment provided to me; reminding appointment dates for ongoing/continuous treatments; and personally informing me about updates regarding medical treatments and applications.
