Op. Dr. Sedat Cömert

I am Op. Dr. Sedat Cömert. I work in the field of obstetrics and gynecology in Ankara. My primary professional principle is to see each patient as unique and to create a safe, scientific, and personalized roadmap tailored to their needs. From the moment a patient enters my clinic, I aim for calm, respectful, and transparent communication; every decision in our practice is made together through clear discussion.

My clinical areas of interest include all types of laparoscopic and hysteroscopic surgery, colposcopy and HPV-related cervical diseases, genital warts, pregnancy follow-up and childbirth, monitoring high-risk pregnancies, IVF treatments, and infertility evaluation. Reproductive endocrinology, menopause, and related conditions are also among my special interest areas. When medically necessary, I perform advanced diagnostic procedures during pregnancy such as amniocentesis, chorionic villus sampling (CVS), and cordocentesis. In every situation, I plan treatment based on the principle of “minimal intervention, maximum safety,” balancing evidence-based medical guidelines with my patient’s living conditions and expectations.
